KaDeWe / Promotional Design System

I developed a cohesive promotional design system for KaDeWe, establishing a visual language that aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning while remaining highly adaptable to the store’s fast-paced marketing cycles.

The system was designed to streamline campaign production, allowing for quick turnarounds and easy integration of new assets. To ensure flexibility and cost efficiency, I repurposed pre-existing photo material in a way that remained visually relevant and compliant with copyright restrictions, eliminating the need for additional shoots.

The result is a scalable, brand-consistent framework that supports KaDeWe’s dynamic promotional strategy across digital and print touchpoints.
