As Senior Graphic Designer, I helped streamline the launch of Skims at KaDeWe — marking the brand’s official debut in Germany.
Working in close coordination with the Skims HQ in Los Angeles, I curated and adapted all visual assets, ensuring the campaign’s storytelling resonated with the German market while remaining faithful to the brand’s global identity.
The launch generated significant buzz through a teasing phase, followed by a multichannel rollout featuring an online dedicated brand shop, an influencer-driven pop-up event, and a double-decker bus wrapped in campaign visuals — the highlight of the activation week.
